Ready to activate your first summit for Summits on the Air (SOTA)? This second video recommends choosing an easier popular summit, and focuses on using a SOTLAS (sotl.as) filter. This specific filter will allow you to choose summits activated over a certain number of times. I filter the map using summits activated more than 30 times, but update & adjust the numbers based on SOTA activity in your area.
