Lab-e-Shirin Trifle Recipe By Food Fusion (Eid Special)

A classic dessert upgraded in signature Food Fusion Style to make your Eid celebration Extra Special. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3RebX3N Serves 10-12 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Water as required -Mario’s Pasta colored flavored Vermicelli 150g -Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Litre -Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste -Custard powder (vanilla) 4 tbs or as required -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup -Ice cubes as required -Cream chilled 2 Cups -Mango cubes 1 Cup -Apple cubes 1 Cup -Banana sliced 1 Cup -Mixed fruit cocktail 1 & ½ Cup -Kishmish (Raisins) 1 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs Assembling: -Plain cake as required -Red jelly & Green jelly Cubes -Badam & Pista (Almonds & Pistachios) sliced -Chum chum optional Directions: -In a pot,add water & bring it to boil. -Add vermicelli,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes then strain & rinse with tap water & set aside. -In a pot,add milk & bring it to boil. -Add sugar,mix well and cook on low flame until sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes). -In a bowl,add custard powder,milk & whisk well. -Now add dissolved custard in boiling milk,mix well & cook on low flame until custard thickens (4-5 minutes) & let it rest for 8-10 minutes. -In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add prepared custard & beat well until custard is chilled & smooth (6-8 minutes). -Add cream & beat well until smooth. -Add boiled vermicelli,mango,apple and banana. -On a separate bowl,place strainer & strain mixed fruit cocktail & reserve syrup for later use. -In a custard bowl,add mixed fruit cocktail,raisins,pistachios,almonds & mix well. Assembling: -In a trifle bowl,add two layers of plain cake & pour reserved cocktail syrup. -Add prepared lab-e-Shireen,red & green jelly,prepared lab-e-Shireen & garnish with almonds & pistachios,cham cham & serve chilled! Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Water as required -Mario’s Pasta colored flavored Vermicelli 150g -Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Litre -Sugar ¾ Cup or to taste -Custard powder (vanilla) 4 tbs or as required -Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup -Ice cubes as required -Cream chilled 2 Cups -Mango cubes 1 Cup -Apple cubes 1 Cup -Banana sliced 1 Cup -Mixed fruit cocktail 1 & ½ Cup -Kishmish (Raisins) 1 tbs -Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs Assembling: -Plain cake as required -Red jelly & Green jelly Cubes -Badam & Pista (Almonds & Pistachios) sliced -Chum chum optional Directions: -Pot meim pani dal ker ubal lein. -Vermicelli dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir strain ker ka tap water sa rinse ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein. -Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes). -Bowl mein custard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein. -Boiling doodh mein dissolved custard dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) & 8-10 minutes kliya rest dein. -Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa dosra bowl rakh dein,tayyar custard dal dein aur thanda & smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Cream dal dein aur smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein. -Boiled vermicelli,mango,saib aur banana dal dein. -Alag bowl mein strainer rakh dein aur mixed fruit cocktail ko strain ker lein sur syrup ko bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein. -Custard bowl mein mixed fruit cocktail,kishmish,pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Assembling: -Trifle bowl mein plain cake ki two layers laga lein aur reserved cocktail syrup dal dein. -Tayyar lab-e-Shireen,red & green jelly aur tayyar lab-e-Shireen dal dein aur pista & badam,cham cham sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
