Plus they are local which I love. If you live in the US I can recommend Blurb, I used them in the past for various book projects and loved them and they have a really great free design program you can download. My shipping boxes are made by Lil Packaging and they are the C3 large letter boxes. I order them in bulk to get a better deal.
