What is black glass, also called "Pirate Glass" and where do you find it? I have traveled all over the world looking for sea glass and have found the most pirate glass in Spain and England. In this video, I'll show you what it looks like under normal light, and what to expect when you hold it over a flashlight. There are many different colors of black glass...olive green, amber, red and blue. The olive/amber colors are the oldest (some as old as 600 years) and came from old glass bottles made from the 1500s to the 1880s.
