I started working out on 3rd April 2013, I still remember the date where I begged my mom to get me a gym membership.🏋️ It's been a long journey, it made me the person that I am today. And trust me when I say this, it wasn't a linear progression, there were so many ups and downs, my transformation between these years wasn't always progressive, there were alot of setbacks in between. I got fat then I leaned down, and that has happened alot haha. My form was crap, doing quarter squats and deadlifts with a rounded back (as you must have seen in the video). As i gained more experience and knowledge, my technique, mindset everything started changing for the better. I wasn't always the strongest person in the room but I made dead sure I was the hardest worker, I never skipped a workout and i never said that "I can't do this, I'll go home and rest or its enough for today". It was never enough for me and maybe that's the reason i got so far. Once I began tracking my macronutrients, my physique began changing drastically.
