In this video I talk about my recent struggle with self-compassion as it relates to chronic illness/chronic health conditions. For me, that chronic health condition is epilepsy, but I hope if you're watching this you can find value in it as it relates to any ongoing health struggles you or a loved one may have. As well as my recent struggles, I also talk about some techniques I have found helpful in moving past them. It's been a hard year and going through it with added health challenges has made it even harder, but I know that we can get through this together.
