Ofcourse I had to visit a church as this is a catholic country so you will see the amazing views from the top. See the Broken Bridge and the Tomebamba river (very relaxing vibes here). Also see the Escalinata Juana Del Oro Steps which I'm sure you have seen on google before (literally just steps but they looks cool as there is a tree in the middle). Finally I will show you where to get the best views of all of Cuenca Ecuador, in Turi. Then finish off with a some food and a walk across the Crystal Bridge with 360 views.
