A lady had lower eyelid surgery to remove eye bags two weeks prior, which was done with the external incision method (transcutaneous blepharoplasty), but the outermost corner of her lower left eyelid now doesn’t fit flat against her eye. She is also seeing a lot more of the lower rims of her eyelids, and her eyes are constantly red. She doesn’t suffer as much irritation, and her chemosis has improved with use of artificial tears, but water does get in her eyes when she washes her face.
