When does someone become a Master? Is it the amount of time spent on the craft or the success you achieved with it? In this ADORAMA original series, we'll travel through the United States and discover people who spent countless hours perfecting their craft and finding their own voice, because being a Master today means recognizing that voice and inspiring people to find ​their own. Nate Luebbe started with photography as a way to catalog his experiences outdoors. For him, it was a way to live in the moment. Standing on a summit watching the sun fade beyond the horizon, and the stars slowly emerge from the inky blackness consumes you on a level that's nearly indescribable. Taking those feelings and attempting to freeze them into a single still frame is an incredible challenge, in a way that he's found truly motivates him to get out and experience the world. When Nate began, he did that for himself. It was his way of forcing himself to look at a moment from every angle and truly experience the moment he was in. As Nate Luebbe grew in his photography, he had several people ask where they could buy these prints, and while the concept was foreign, the compliment is immense. He hopes that you enjoy what you see, and above all that it encourages you to get outside, see the beautiful planet we all live on, and experience moments of your own. And if you feel inclined to hang one of his pictures on your wall, then you were with him when he took that shot, at least in spirit.
