Homemade Granola 4 cups old fashioned oats 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup craisins (or raisins) 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut 1/4 teasp. cinnamon 1/4 teasp (heaping) salt 1 & 1/2 tablespoons vanilla 1 & 1/2 tablespoons cane sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 1/3 cup raw honey *Stir well! *Bake @ 300 degrees for 30 minutes (stirring every 10 min). Remove from oven.
