So guys, here is the full video with all explanations of what we know and have discovered so far. I tried to break it down as far as possible to make it easier to digest. Hope nobody will choke on it. The battery degradation we see in the Outlander PHEV is not normal and especially in the new 2019 models far too high! We now have 4 vehicles in Australia having the battery replaced but still dropping SOH almost daily. What is causing this 'degradation' and how can we fix it? It seems like Mitsubishi has got all the tools to fix that but does not know how to handle the existing procedures like smoothing and DBCAM correctly.
