FIRST LOOK: Sirio Monsoon (Bottom Tuning System) Antenna Review Part 1

Welcome to the M0OGY Radio and Antenna review channel. It is 13 years since I brought you the first video of a Sirio Gainmaster antenna on the shores of England. This antenna quickly became the bench mark for those wanting a fibreglass base antenna. Role on to 2024 and have Sirio Antenne produced another World beating product? This time it is the turn of the new Monsoon, with what is called a Bottom Tuning system. NOTE: I said in the video 5 sections, in-fact it is six alloy sections including the base unit, to save any confusion to add up to a lofty 23 plus feet long. In a future video, I will build the antenna and conduct some On-Air testing on both Citizens' Band and 10M Amateur Radio Band too. If you're looking for a new aluminium base antenna that is good quality and an affordable price with QRO potential then the Monsoon should maybe be put on your list.
