The start of the fall real estate market in the GTA has been a complete bust. Three straight Bank of Canada rate cuts have done very little to get home buyers off of the sidelines. In fact, the buyers seem to be hiding more than ever before. In this video, I break down all the regions of the GTA (Toronto, Durham, York, Peel, Halton) by condo and freehold and look at how sales totals have progressed throughout the year. I also take a look at where sales are year to date and try to predict how slow this year will be when all is said and done. Spoiler alert, it will probably be the slowest year ever!
