(Rost them and grind them) Then:- Maggi cubes / 2 Masala powder / 3 tbsp Salt / 1 tbsp Paprika powder / 3 tbsp Sunflower oil / 1 cup Yogurt / 3 tbsp Chilli flaks / 4 tbsp Red food colur / 2 drops. (Add chicken to this and keep aside) 🔸Second coating Tomato / 1 (bigg) White onion / 1 (medium) Red capsicum / 1 (small) Gingger / 1 (small pc) Garlic / 1 (medium) Mint leaves ( 1 bunch ) Coriander leaves (1 bunch) Salt / 1 tbsp Yogurt / 3 tbsp ( Add to the battered chicken micture and allow to rest 4 hours) 🔸PERI PERI MASALA Chilli flaks / 1 cup Tomato sauce / 2 tbsp Soy sauce / 1 tbsp Chilli sauce / 2 tbsp Paprika pwder / 1 tbsp Salt / 1/2 tsp (Add some water and cooke this) 🔸Mandi Rice Green chilli / 1 punch Garlic / 1 medium Gingger / samall pc Onion / 1 medium Capsicum 1 bigg (mixed) Tomato / 2 (medium) Mint / coriander leaves / 1 bunches (Graind them ) Soaked Rice 2 kg Maggi cubes 2 packs Sunflower oil 1-1/2 cup Carrot / 1 small Pepper / 2 tbsp Cinnomon 3-4 Perum jeerakam / 2 tbsp Cheriya jeeraam / 2 tbsp Cardamom / 3-4 Curry leaves 1 bunch Water / 14 cup water Turmeric pwdr / 1 1/2 tbsp Garam masala / 1 tbsp Pepper pwdr / 1 tbsp Masala pwdr / 1 tbsp Salt / 4 tbsp (Simmer for 10-12minutes) So everyone try this yummy and tasty “periperi mandi” …❤️ Thank you 😊. #homemade #chickenmandhi #mandhi #youtube #youtbevideos #koyasrecipe#myvideo #periperi
