This storm drain has accumulated at least a full year's worth of leaves, and a lot of plastic trash as well. It didn't take long to clean. Ideally, leaves should not be dumped into storm drains. These leaves fell from trees that overhang the street, and periodic rain slowly washed them to the drain. The leaves are already breaking down, and they will wash into the nearby creek and decompose naturally. Thanks for helping clean up trash everywhere you see it!
