Lime Flavoured Cilantro Egg Rice | Egg Fried Rice Recipe | The Spice Diary Ingredients For Lime Flavoured Cilantro Egg Rice – For Frying The Eggs – Oil - 2 Tbsp Egg (Ande) - 3 Salt (Namak) - 1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) - 1/4th Tsp Chopped Cilantro (Hara Dhania) - Handful For Making The Fried Rice – Oil - 2-3 Tbsp Garlic (Lehsan - Minced) - 1 Tbsp Ginger (Adrak - Minced) - 1/2 Tsp Onion (Pyaz - Chopped) - 1 Cup Green Chilli (Hari Mirch - Chopped) - 4-5 Pre-Cooked Basmati Rice From 1 Cup Of Rice Grain Mix Well Salt To Taste (Namak Swad Anusar) White Pepper Powder (Safed Mirch Powder) - 1/4th Tsp Ajinomoto/ MSG - 1/4th Tsp Lime Juice - 1/2 Lime (Nimbu Ki Ras) Lime Zest - 1 Lime Dark Soy Sauce - 1 Tsp Sugar (Chini) - 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) - 1/4th Tsp Oyster Sauce - 1 Tsp Chopped Cilantro (Hara Dhania) - Handful Chopped Spring Onion Green (Hare Pyaz Ke Patte) - Handful Sesame Oil - 1 Tsp Preparation – -In a Bowl Take 3 Eggs. Add In Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chopped Cilantro. Then Whisk All Together Until Well Blended. Take A Pan & add Oil. Swirl Around Until It Coats The Pan. Then Pour In The Beaten Eggs & Cook Just Until Set. Break Into Small Pieces & Keep Aside Process – -In A Separate Kadhai Add 2-3 Tbsp Of Oil. Add Minced Garlic & On Medium Flame Saute For About A Minute. Then Add Minced Ginger & Saute For Around Half A Minute. Further, Add Chopped Onion - Saute Until Translucent. Next, Add Chopped Green Chillies & Continue Frying For About 2-3 Minutes. After Frying For 2-3 Minutes Add The Pre-Cooked Basmati Rice & Then Add Salt, White Pepper Powder & Ajinomoto One By One & On Medium-High Flame Stir Until Well Mixed. Next, Add Lime Juice, Lime Zest & Dark Soy Sauce - On High Flame Stir For About 1.5-2 Minutes. Further Add Sugar & Give A Quick Stir After A Quick Stir Add Black Pepper Powder & Oyster Sauce - Mix Well Stir For About 2 Minutes & Then Add The Fried Eggs & Some Handful Of Chopped Cilantro - Give All A Good Mix.
