It felt special and somehow sacred to film this particular video for all of you. I received so many amazingly kind comments on my 2-year anniversary video recently, and I did my best to truly receive and absorb all of your kind words and energies. Simple words of encouragement are such a powerful gift that we can give to each other. I guess it's my Mr. Rogers streak, but I truly believe that helping people see their value and recognize their own inherent worth and divinity is a critical part of healing the pain of this world.
