Briskit - Dale's Seasoning

This is the easiest brisket to make and oh my goodness it is delicious!! All you need is a brisket and some Dale's seasoning along with some Saran or Glad wrap and some foil. Cook it at 250 degrees until it is done. This was about a 5-6 pound brisket and I cooked it for 7 hours and it was just perfect. So tender and juicy and flavorful. I kept the drippings and made a cornstarch slurry with a tablespoon of cornstarch and about 1/4 cup water. Add the slurry to the drippings when it comes to a slow boil. Whisk it good and its ready. The gravy is strong and flavorful so a little goes a long way..Enjoy!!!
