Biking NY: Wallkill Valley Rail Trail [Bridges, Mines & History]

The Wallkill Valley Rail Trail runs between Kingston and New Paltz, NY and has a little bit of something for everyone. The trail passes several small lakes, through reminders of a once thriving cement industry, over the Rosendale Trestle and into New Paltz, where you can explore Historic Huguenot Street with homes dating back to the late 1600's. The trail is 21 miles long and ends in Wallkill.
