Among all the mixed rice dishes, lentil rice was my favorite; there are different ways to cook it, but I really like it with meatball, and it also has a formal appearance. Half-cook the lentils and mix them with drained half-cook rice. Then, layer the mixed rice with meeatball, fried onion, a little cinnamon powder, and brewed saffron. Don't forget the garnish with raisins, walnuts, and fried onion, okay dear? 😍 🔴Ingredients for 5 servings: 4 Cups Rice 2 Cups Lentils 600 gr Ground Meat 2 Onions for meatball 2 Onions for Frying 1/2 Cup Brewed Saffron 1 Cup Raisins 1 Cup  Chopped Walnuts Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Cinnamon Powder to taste
