How did you get on with yesterday's Upper Body Workout and I hope you are continuing to focus on drinking more water. So here's today's workout which is high energy and focuses on the Cardio and Core! Just 20 minutes long and no need for any weight today. Just a mat and a glass of water. Here's the exercises we will be doing: High Knees Hollow to Tuck Crunch Mountain Climbers Side Plank L Burpees Side Plank R Skaters Elbow to Knee You will work for 35 seconds on each exercise and then resting for 15 seconds.
