I ripped a wav file of the original audio and normalized it before 9 passes of spectral enhancement that helps to capture detail and smooth out spectral anomalies due to inconsistent frequency response. I could have made it a bit crisper to really depart the original VHS spectrum limits but chose to kept the vocal spectrum range more natural sounding. Hope you agree it's a little tighter than the -20dB down original audio track. You wont be racing to max out your volume level to hear this rendition! The Original content is amazing in its own right. All I did was to augment the audio track. Kudos to you, Mr. Cabot for your tenure and example of the earlier days at news radio 88.
