Recipe and ingredients: 1 cup rice 2 cups water 1 tsp chicken bouillon in water with to cook 1 onion dice 1bell pepper dice 3 clove garlic Saute all three vegetables in oil of your choice, add 450g minced bee, and cook for 20 minutes Add 1tsp salt 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp oregano Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat Add 1 large tomato 2 tbsp Tomato paste Simmer for 10 minutes on low to medium heat Add hot rice to a bowl with a 100g of mozzarella cheese and mix well Place rice in casserole dish and gentle press it down to one level Sprinkle cheese on top of the rice and add minced beef on top and sprinkle with cheese again Bake for 10 minutes at 210
