First run with the Element RC Ecto. We hit some new terrain and some BIG rocks by the Bow River. The truck got a little scratched up, but…patina. When the Ecto RTR was first released I really did not like the yellow colour. I thought the trailing arm setup was interesting (I liked the idea, but not the execution, of the Gatekeeper) and the more I looked at the Ecto the more impressed I was. And then they announce the green colour. My favourite colour. I’ve got build plans (and most of the parts), but this is running in box-stock form. Still, it is pretty amazing. It has a great forward weight bias and slides up and over obstacles (long wheel-base for the win). It is so quiet (Stealth-X for the win) and quite smooth for brushless.
