Give your tastebuds the richness of Shahi White Mutton Korma made with the creamy goodness of Olper's Dairy cream. #OlpersDairyCream #GoodnessBarhjaye #FoodFusion #HappyCookingToYou Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3IJfSSA Serves 5-6 Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3 -Water ½ Cup -Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup -Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp -Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp -Doodh (Milk) 100ml -Badam (Almonds) blanched & peeled 12-14 -Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 & ½ tbs (soaked in water for 1 hour) -Water 2-3 tbs -Cooking oil ½ Cup or as required -Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2 -Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-14 -Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 6-7 -Tez patta (Bay leaves) 2 -Laung (Cloves) 7-8 -Badiyan ka phool (Star anise) 1 -Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs -Mutton mix boti 750g -Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tbs -Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs -Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup -Water 1 Cup or as required -Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6 -Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs -Badam (Almonds) half 5-6 -Kaju (Cashew nuts) half 5-6 -Adrak (Ginger) julienne -Kaju (Cashew nuts) -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped Directions: -In a saucepan,add onion,green chillies,water & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. -Turn off the flame,blend well with the help of blender & set aside. -In a bowl,add cream,nutmeg powder,mace powder,garam masala powder,cardamom powder,milk, whisk well & set aside. -In blender,add almonds,poppy seeds,water,blend well & set aside. -In a pot,add cooking oil,blended onion & green chilli mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. -Add cinnamon sticks,black peppercorns,green cardamom,bay leaves,cloves,star anise,cumin seeds & mix well. -Add mutton mix boti & mix well until it changes color. -Add garlic,ginger,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add white pepper powder,black pepper powder,salt & mix well. -On low flame,add yogurt,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes. -Add water,mix well & bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (25-30 minutes). -Add almond paste and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates. -On low flame,add olpers cream & spices mixture & mix well. -Add green chillies,dried fenugreek leaves,almonds,cashew nuts,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, cover & cook for 2-3 minutes. -Garnish with ginger,cashew nuts,green chilli & serve! Recipe in Urdu: Directions: -Saucepan mein pyaz,hari mirchein aur pani dal dein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. -Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Bowl mein cream,jaifil powder,javitri powder,garam masala powder,elaichi powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Blender mein badam,kashkhash aur pani dal ker ache blend ker lein & side per rakh dein. -Pot mein cooking oil aur blended pyaz & green chilli mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein. -Darchini,sabut kali mirch,hari elaichi,tez patta,laung,badiyan ka phool aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Mutton mix boti dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Halki ancch per dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein. -Pani dal ker ache tarhan karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per gosht hul janay tak paka lein (25-30 minutes). -Badam paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein. -Halki ancch per olper’s cream & spice mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. -Hari mirch,kasuri methi,badam aur kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein. -Adrak,kaju aur hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
