This is done by farming the midway chest in the enigma protocol mission. This will guarantee a double trait weapon and if you restart this checkpoint via the force reboot instance a double trait weapon will drop every time. Note: Do not complete the second half of the mission! If you do you will be on weekly lockout of double trait weapons on that character until the next weekly reset.
