If you’re expecting cartwheels and fireworks, this isn’t your video. *********** Review: I ordered the brand new BISSELL Model 2596 Crosswave Cordless Max (October 2019) directly from the BISSELL website (not a free product - I paid for it myself.) After owning several other excellent BISSELL products (carpet shampooer, spot vac and 3 steam mops) I had my eye on one of these new Crosswave machines. I hadn’t pulled the trigger until I saw this brand new one was cordless! I immediately placed my order, I think the first day they went on sale. Received it today (3 days later.) A little about my house - I am a stay at home mother with 4 young kids and 4 cats. Needless to say, our floors get MESSY. I normally vacuum about 3 times a day in the kitchen with my central vac hose/floor stick. Since I knew this machine was coming, I held off vacuuming for a day or so to give this new machine a good shot. We had plenty of grime and stuck-on food and who knows what on the floor. Yuck! We have tile, hardwood and carpet. Overall, the Crosswave Cordless Max has exceeded my expectations (especially by the last test I did on the woven floor mat - skip to 16:29 to see that surprising result!) My only criticism is that it doesn’t lie flat to go under low furniture, but not a huge problem for me. Total GAME CHANGER for my house. Bravo, BISSELL!
