Should you pick Honda City over the Skoda Slavia? Three things to keep in mind: First, the value. It’s hard to believe but Honda City offers fantastic value for money even today. It packs four airbags as standard and right from the mid-spec V variant you get ADAS and six airbags. It’s also available with the CVT automatic transmission. Honda City doesn’t have the performance of Slavia, but its fuel efficiency will be better. Second, more luxurious. The Honda’s cabin feels more solid with the choice of plastic and how well they are put together and feels that it would last longer. Also, the design for the seat, the leatherette material and the materials for the dashboard make it feel more premium. It’s a better five-seater. The Honda City’s cabin is much wider, making it better to seat three at the back. In Slavia, it will be a squeeze. Third, Slavia is a bit more practical. For four occupants it's better because the seats are superb, and for two the back seat is great. It’s more travel friendly as it has more ground clearance and will feel quieter at highway speeds too.
