Iyar 1, 5784, Day 16 of Omer Count, Gevurah sh'b'Tiferet embodied using Otiyot Hayyot movements

In this video for the 1st of Iyar, DAY 16 of the Counting of the Omer, Yehudit first shows how to embody with Otiyot Hayyot movements for the Hebrew vowel signs (nikudot) which correspond to the Sefirot on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life for DAY 16 of the 49 day Omer Count: Sh'va Na (Gevurah) followed by Cholam (Tiferet). She repeats the pattern of Sh'va Na (Gevurah) and Cholam (Tiferet) three times, one for each of the lower three levels of soul, for the fixing of Gevurah sh'b'Tiferet on the levels of Nefesh, Ruach, and Neshamah. Yehudit then shows how to dance the two words and one letter that are traditionally associated with the 16th day of the Omer Count, with Gevurah sh'b'Tiferet: גבור from Ana B'Khoach; אלהים from Psalm 67; and ם from the middle verse of Psalm 67. The video concludes with Yehudit descending the Kabbalistic Tree of Life (עץ חיים) using the Otiyot Hayyot movements and sounds for the nikudot which correspond to the Sefirot from Keter/Kamatz to Malkhut/Being Breathed. You can view on Yehudit's YouTube channel the full set of videos for the 72 days of the 72 Holy Names, plus Erev Pesach and Pesach (2024); 100 days of the Sarah Meditation Square (2023-2024); 15 days of the words of the Kohen Blessing (2024); 42 days of the 42 words of the Ana B'Khoach prayer (2023-2024); the 32 Paths of Healing (2023); 49 Days of Preparation for Sigd and 2 videos for the 50th day, the holiday of Sigd (2023); the 40 Days of Teshuvah, Forgiveness, and Compassion (2023); the 40 Days of Challenge and Centering (2023); the 40 Days of Blessing (2023); and the 49 days of the Omer Count from 2023 and 2022:    / @yehuditgoldfarb5008  .
