#mealprep #cookwithme #motivational To be honest, after a 12.5 hour shift plus my long commute to and from work, coming home to spend more than 30 minutes in the kitchen will be suicidal. Besides it is practically bedtime when I get home. That is why I meal prep. My fridge is loaded so that when I get home I can focus on getting some sleep...which is not so easy anyway. Of course by meal prepping I save us a lot of money ...because those ordered lunches and drive through meals add up quick! Best of all we know what we're eating.
