Now long gone Volvo B7TL 32653 flying to Felixstowe just after returning to Ipswich from Yarmouth in September 2023. 32653 was withdrawn in January 2024. Considering this was, at the time, seen as one the shit ones I think that It packed a sturdy punch stacking it up against the latest kit that replaced it. 32653 had a very whiny engine, like 32655, which was harder to hear over the cooling fan but still noticeable. The ZF box was very worn with it slipping into 4th and jolting when in 2nd/3rd which you will see in this video. Still a very good performer, the AU05's were not as good as the AU53 batch but certainly not bad by any means!
