In a pot heat water and add salt, bring it to a boil. Add potatoes and boil for 10-15 mins. 2. Transfer them to a bowl add mash them well. 3. Now add milk, corn flour, white pepper powder, salt, green coriander and mix it well. Now add black pepper powder, 1/4 cup of milk again and mix it again. 4. Transfer this mixture to a piping bag. Pipe out the mixture in small portions in the frying oil. 5. Fry until crispy and golden brown. Your Potato Puffs are ready. Serve and enjoy. Prep time: 15-20 mins Cooking time: 30 mins Servings: 4-5
