Try out this simple wrist pain exercise. I get outer wrist pain (ulnar side wrist pain) from typing. The outer wrist feels unstable and the wrist clicks whenever I type for too long ... and DON'T do this simple wrist exercise. The wrist pain, clicking, popping, and instability seems to fit all the symptoms of a TFCC tear, but I'm definitely not willing to try wrist surgery.
