I spent a couple days at the Brant Lake Wagyu Ranch for the Alberta Camp and Crawl put on by Scotty Roberts and Brandon Ball. It was a great weekend for some tiny tires to spin and what a view from Mountain View RC Park. Brandon has put in a bunch of work on the park and raises wagyu beef for his butcher shop in Calgary, so we got to sample some wagyu beef in jerky, pepperoni sticks, hot dogs and hamburgers. Soooo good, worth checking out if you haven't.
