Here I show you how to replace the heating element on the FLHP3802 heat press. If there is no issue with the control panel or SSR solid state relay in the back of the press then there could be another issue. Sometimes there can be a wire burn out after a very long period of time. Check the rear of the top heat press plate and see if there is any sign of burning, white ash looking color. If so then this is also an easy fix. ALWAYS make sure to unplug the press before attempting to check electrical components. These 15x15 heat presses should be now extremely improved since 2016. The manufacturer has done a great job. Also the presses are extremely tough. I have had them returned in only a duct-tapped cardboard box with no protection and it was fine. If somehow during shipping the carrier drops the press and you open it and notice the the heating element top or bottom is off, no worries. Its easily adjustable.
