Have you tried this yummy Chinese Seafood Egg Gravy on Rice? In Singapore, this is known as Mui Fan (in Cantonese) or 烩饭 in Chinese. Some people said this dish reminded them of risotto - what do you think? This is another easy-to-cook dish. A perfect wholesome meal that can be easily prepared within a short time (that is if you have chicken stock on hand and also provided that the rice is already cooked). Making the chicken stock from scratch is optional. You can also use chicken stock from a box or even chicken bullion cube. Easy easy. See the ingredient list below for your easy reference.
