In this video, I take down Barbatos from Tales of Destiny Director's Cut with Philia only and without taking any damage. ╔════════════ ║Description ╚════════════ Finally, we reach the end of the Philia run and I'm done with all the remixes. I wasn't expecting to finish everything that early so I'm glad I'll be able to get some time for other stuff from now on. I've been thinking a lot about which fight to use for the finale, but Barbatos is a more meaningful boss compared to the Swordian Masters. The fight might seem quite easy from the outside but keeping such long combos is actually very hard without spamming the same 2 spells or launchers. Barbatos also becomes immune to status ailments when he reaches critical HP, meaning my critical rate dropped significantly towards the end of the fight. The problem with that is finding ways to reset my chain as I can't use Stop Flow anymore, no spell can OTG (in fact most of them knockdown the boss) and I'm almost guaranteed to trigger his Blast. All of these restrictions mean that I must never let Barbatos reach the floor and it's quite a challenge when you lose all your casting bonuses in order to recover CC. But in the end, I got one of the most satisfying take with a very fitting ending. And now that I'm done with all my runs, all I have left to say is YURUSHIMASEN!
