Mob James discovered Tremaine in this state, covered in blood and unable to lie down due to his injuries. Despite the injuries, Timmy made Tremaine attend school, which eventually led to his injuries being reported by school staff. The police were called, and Tremaine was taken into protective custody while Timmy was arrested. Mob James stated he initially avoided the court proceedings but later testified at the insistence of their mother. His testimony played a crucial role, and ultimately, Timmy was acquitted on all charges.
