In this Video, I have explained my riding experience to Sidrapong with my Royal Enfield Classic 350 Reborn. Sidrapong is the oldest Hydroelectric Power Plant in Asia. It was commissioned on 10th November, 1897 during the British Rule in India. The Place is only 12 Kms. from Darjeeling but has remained untouched by the regular tourists in Darjeeling. Sidrapong is a combination of history and natural beauty. The road towards Sidrapong is a mixed feeling. You can get good conditioned road as well as an offroad experience. I have shown the entire road condition in this video. You have to leave the Hill Cart Road/ NH 55 (New name : NH 110) near Dali Monastery and then have to take the Bloomfield Road. You shall pass through the Darjeeling District Police Lines in this road. Then after 2-3 Kms, the beautiful nature will welcome you. and then Finally you reach the oldest Hydel Power Plant in India as well as in Asia. I made this video in Bengali language, but for all the viewers I used English subtitles as well. So, those of you who don't know bengali, please use the English subtitles.
