These Beef Mince Kebabs are a family and party favourite! This recipe creates a kebab that has moist, cooked beef that holds the flavours of fresh Coriander (cilantro) & Mint, with uncomplicated and accessible spices and herbs. Oh, but before the taste is the aroma... it dances in the air to whet one's appetite! And the Mint Chutney (better known as the Pudina Chutney) is an excellent complement to these delicious Kebabs😋 The only way to test this, is to try it yourself :) Mog Asum❤️ (That's Goan Konkani for Let there be Love!)
