Hi everyone, Welcome back to my channel @LynnVlog. Do you like to have a dessert which to be served hot rather than cold? I believe you may know the Asian dessert which is served hot and with coconut milk which can be found in many Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysian, Thailand and also Burma. Today, I am gonna do this sweet and hot dessert in Burmese style. The name we call is “Thar Kawe Yaing”. It is typically a signature dessert in Myeik, the furthermost Southern city of Burma. You may have heard of this city as it is surrounded by hundreds of islands and beautiful beaches with very clean water. Please visit there when you have a chance to visit to our beautiful country; Burma. Let’s get back to the dessert 😊 . The food in Myeik, such as Myeik Kat Kyee Kyeik, is very popular among our Burmese people and we totally enjoy it that you may find many Myeik restaurants/ food shop in Yangon, Mandalay etc. I have prepare this dessert in authentic recipe except the honey extracted from nipa palms for sweetness which is not available in my region. So I used jaggery liquid instead of the honey juice. Mostly use sugar instead but I’m prefer in jaggery liquid. I would recommend to try it as Burmese dessert. I and my family totally enjoyed this sweet and hot dessert after a meal.
