کنفرانس در پارلمان ایتالیا - مریم رجوی : رژیم آخوندی حاکمیت پوسیده خود را با اعدام‌های روزانه حفظ می‌کند – ۴ مهر ۱۴۰۳ از جانب مقاومت مردم ایران، ملل متحد، نهادهای بین‌المللی مدافع حقوق‌بشر و دولت‌های مختلف را به مقابله با حلق‌آویز زندانیان و کشتار قیام‌کنندگان فرا می‌خوانم. بنابراین: ۱ ـ از دولت‌ها می‌خواهیم روابط دیپلوماتیک و تجاری خود با رژیم آخوندی را به توقف اعدام‌ و شکنجه مشروط کنند. ۲ ـ از دولت‌ها می‌خواهیم که براساس صلاحیت قضایی جهانی، خامنه‌ای و سایر سردمداران رژیم و دیگر مسئولان جنایت علیه بشریت و نسل‌کشی را مورد حسابرسی قرار داده و برای آن‌ها احکام بازداشت بین‌المللی صادر کنند. ۳ ـ از ملل متحد و کشورهای عضو می‌خواهیم رژیم را به ‌پذیرش یک هیأت تحقیق بین‌المللی برای بازدید از زندان‌های ایران و به‌خصوص هزاران زندانی زیر حکم اعدام وادار کنند. ---- Online Conference with Italian Parliament Members Maryam Rajavi: The Clerical Regime Preserves Its Decadent Rule through Daily Executions On behalf of the Iranian people’s Resistance, I urge the United Nations, international human rights organizations, and governments around the world to stand against the hanging of prisoners and the massacre of protesters. Therefore: 1. We urge governments to condition their diplomatic and trade relations with the clerical regime on the cessation of executions and torture. 2. We urge governments to, under the principle of universal jurisdiction, hold Khamenei, other regime leaders, and those responsible for crimes against humanity and genocide accountable by issuing international arrest warrants. 3. We request that the United Nations and its member states compel the regime to accept an international investigative delegation to inspect Iran’s prisons, particularly concerning the thousands of prisoners sentenced to death. C’est pourquoi : 1. Nous demandons instamment aux gouvernements de conditionner leurs relations diplomatiques et commerciales avec le régime clérical à l’arrêt des exécutions et de la torture. 2. Nous demandons instamment aux gouvernements, en vertu du principe de la compétence universelle, de demander des comptes à Khamenei, aux autres dirigeants du régime et aux responsables de crimes contre l’humanité et de génocide, en émettant des mandats d’arrêt internationaux. 3. Nous demandons aux Nations unies et à ses États membres de contraindre le régime à accepter une délégation d’enquête internationale pour inspecter les prisons iraniennes, notamment en ce qui concerne les milliers de prisonniers condamnés à mort. مؤتمر في البرلمان الإيطالي مريم رجوي: نظام ولاية الفقيه يحافظ على حكمه البالي من خلال الإعدامات اليومية باسم مقاومة الشعب الإيراني من أجل الحرية والديمقراطية، أدعو الأمم المتحدة والجهات الدولية المدافعة عن حقوق الإنسان والدول المختلفة إلى مناهضة إعدام السجناء وقتل المنتفضين. لذا: نطالب الدول بأن تجعل علاقاتها الدبلوماسية والتجارية مع هذا النظام مشروطة بوقف الإعدام والتعذيب. نطلب من الدول أن تعمل وفقاً للاختصاص القضائي العالمي، وأن تحاسب خامنئي وبقية قادة النظام وغيرهم من المسؤولين عن الجرائم ضد الإنسانية والإبادة الجماعية، وأن تصدر لهم أحكام اعتقال دولية. نناشد الأمم المتحدة والدول الأعضاء أن تجبر النظام على قبول لجنة تحقيق دولية لزيارة سجون إيران، وبالأخص اللقاء بآلاف السجناء الذين تحت حكم الإعدام.
