What equipment do I need at home? A yoga mat or cushioned carpet (you can put a towel down) with a small head pillow (if you need it), light hand weights 1-3 lbs. (or substitute a 16 oz. can of beans or soup!), a magic circle (or substitute a ball). How physically fit do I need to be? This is for beginners and if needed you could do this program in bed! How do I start? Begin with Mat Foundations, then choose one of the Endings to complete your workout. We recommend that you this program at least 3x per week to get it in your body, but if you want to do it every day that’s even better! For variety, you can mix and match the Endings.
