T Y P E D R E C I P E S: Baby Back Ribs: 3 lbs pork baby back ribs 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp granulated garlic 1 tsp chili powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cumin Mix all the seasonings together and rub on your ribs. Cover your ribs tightly in aluminum foil place in a preheated oven to 300 degrees for 3.5-4hours. After baked take the ribs out of the foil and brush BBQ sauce all over. Place back in the oven under the broiler for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole At least 5 strips of bacon 1LB chicken breast cubed Onion powder Garlic powder Paprika Salt Pepper 2 eggs 2 10 oz bags of steamed cauliflower rice 12 oz broccoli florets steamed 2 TBS ranch seasoning 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese Cook the bacon, once cooked remove it to a separate place and add your chicken season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Once cooked remove to a separate plate. Whisk the eggs together. In a large bowl add your steamed cauliflower rice, steamed broccoli, crumbled up bacon, cooked chicken, ranch seasoning, eggs, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, season with salt pepper onion power garlic powder paprika. Mix all together. Place in a greased casserole dish. Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes.
