I recently had some incredible Magic Brownie Bars from a Pittsburgh wedding cookie table! I knew I had to make these at home. Chewy brownies are covered in decadent toppings for the ultimate sweet treat. ENJOY! MAGIC BROWNIE BARS 1 box brownie mix + ingredients to prepare the brownies (eggs, oil, water) 1 c. butterscotch chips 1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut flakes 2/3 c. chopped pecans 1 can sweetened condensed milk pinch of Maldon sea salt flakes (optional) Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions. Line a 13x9in. glass baking dish with foil and spray with nonstick baking spray. Spread the batter into the baking dish. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and pecans evenly over top. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the brownies covering the entire surface. Lightly sprinkle sea salt flakes over top. Bake at 350* for about 35-40 minutes. Start checking the brownies after about 25 minutes to keep an eye on the sweetened condensed milk--you want it to turn golden but not burn around the edges.
