New Ecosport BS6 is available in both Ecosport Petrol BS6 and Ecosport Diesel BS6 variant. Only engine discontinued is 1.0L Turbo petrol engine. Ford Ecosport is the car which started the sub 4-metre SUV game in India. Now, it is the most crowded segment in India. Ford Ecosport Thunder BS6 is a replacement for the Ecosport Signature edition. Ecosport Thunder BS6 2020 is based on the Ecosport Titanium BS6 model and get additional features. 2020 Ecosport Sports BS6 Petrol variant now get 1.5L Petrol engine replacing the 1.0L Turbo Petrol engine. 2020 Ecosport Thunder BS6 gets addition changes on the exterior like matte black hood decal, full gloss black front Ford grille, gloss black foglamps surrounds, gloss black 16" alloy wheels (Ford again changed the design and it is same as Titanium model with Black paint!) gloss black ORVMs, gloss black roof, gloss black spare wheel cover, Thunder badging on the tailgate, etc. New Ecosport 2020 BS6 Thunder interior gets full black interior theme with a brown combination. 9" touchscreen infotainment system sits proudly on the dashboard and gets FM/AM/bluetooth/ GPS navigation, etc. No android auto or apple carplay on offrer. Automatic AC present but no rear AC vents. some changes Ford had to make to make it more appealing. Afterall, it is the most oldest vehicle in the segment.
