We cook our pizza in the Roccbox pizza oven, but you can achieve great results in your regular home oven. Instructions for conventional oven: Preheat a pizza stone/steel for 30-40 minutes at the max temperature your oven can reach. Then cook the pizza (with only potatoes on it) on the pizza stone for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and has a nice brown color. Then add the cheese and let it melt for 2 minutes.
