We also supply security camera systems for home, but LPR cameras are usually not practical to install on a house. This is mainly because ALPR cameras should be installed with the most direct angle to the license plate detection zone as possible. This is usually not possible on a house that is typically set back 25 to 35 feet from the street in front of it. When the ALPR software did not detect the plates, the license plates were still clear enough for a human to read the plates when playing back the recorded video surveillance footage.
