Incredible India| Nepal to India| Episode 1| Agra | Taj Mahal | Vrindavan

Hi everyone, I'm back with my vlogs after almost a year. Will be uploading more in the days to come. Everything you need to know: It normally takes 22 hours for a bus from Kathmandu to reach Agra. There are 2 bus services from Nepal to India: Manjushree Travels and Northern Travels. The price range is between Rs.3600 to Rs.4000 per person. The best part about travelling around India is the availability of Auto Rickshaw. They are cheap but you need to know how to bargain. You can take an auto rickshaw from the highway to Taj Mahal, which will cost you around INR 200. The entrance fee for Taj Mahal is INR 750 for Nepalese and around INR 1000 for foreigners. Taj Mahal is a beauty. It literally shines brighter than a diamond. But as soon as you get outside the premises of Taj Mahal, you'll get to see a different ambience. Personally, we did not like it. So we decided to head to Vrindavan, the birth place of Lord Krishna, which is only 2 hours away from Agra. But hey, there are good places to stay at Agra too. It's just that Vrindavan was on our to go list and we had sufficient time after the visit to Taj Mahal, so we decided to head to Vrindavan. You can find a bus from Agra to Gokul. That will cost around INR 250 per person. Vrindavan is 7/8 km away from Gokul. We checked in to a hotel at Gokul and took a rickshaw to Vrindavan. Normally, the hotels in India are little expensive than those in Nepal. So make sure you book your hotels online prior to your visit as per your price range. Vrindavan is a must go place, especially if you are a person who loves temple bells and evening Aratis. I've never seen such beautiful temples before. And the vibes, my goodness, its something unexplainable. Temples are free to enter, no tickets or anything. Can you imagine, you get to enter the exact room where Lord Krishna was said to have born, and that too for free? And yes, if you ever plan on visiting Vrindavan, don't forget to try out the Special Lassi that is served in matka. The next episode will be on Jaipur, Rajasthan. Subscribe and press the bell icon to get notified.
