I still am using their mat, because I honestly love love love the space, the grip, and everything about it. Just the white mat did not serve me as I expected but the issue was dealt with in a very professional and efficient way. I can only give kudos to the customer service and I still am a happy and loyal customer. I wish they had a pure white mat, no golden drawings, just plain and simple. That would be my choice of all. Some call it boring, I call is pure :) Still, I am now continuing my practice on the Happiness Orange mat of theirs.
